Injector blockage faults can be divided into internal blockage of the injector and external blockage of the injector head. Most of the reasons for the internal blockage of the injector are that impurities and dirt mixed in the gasoline block the movement gap of the needle valve inside the injector, which makes the mechanical action of the injector abnormal. When the injector is blocked, the engine will have symptoms such as difficulty in starting, unstable idling, and poor acceleration. In severe cases, the engine may even shake severely and cause abnormal wear and tear of related mechanical components.
