According to the different requirements of bearings and bearing seats, the classification of bearing seats is not entirely the same. When using them, it is necessary to carefully check and select according to the design.
Classified By The Shape Of The Bearing Seat:
No.1 Outer spherical bearing with seat, also known as bearing unit (SKF). When not equipped with bearings, it is called an outer spherical bearing seat. 1.1.1.1 The outer spherical bearing seat is divided into 200 series according to the series of bearings. 500 series. 300 series. 600 series. XOO series.
No.2 The outer spherical bearing seats are divided into vertical seats (P seats), square seats (F seats), diamond seats (FL seats), circular seats (C seats), convex circular seats (FC seats), convex square seats (FS seats), hidden hole seats (PA seats), and suspended seats (FA seats) according to their shapes.
No.3 Integral (i.e. non separable) vertical bearing seat assembly with screw fastened bearing box cover. These vertical bearing seat assemblies were originally developed as axle boxes for light rail trucks, but can also be used for traditional vertical bearing seat assemblies. The non separable vertical bearing seat assembly has higher rigidity than the separable bearing seat, and some can withstand heavier loads. The outer spherical bearing seat also belongs to the integral seat.
Split Bearing Seat
2.1 Split type bearing seat, divided into SN2, 5, 3, and 6 series according to different selected bearings and shaft requirements. SNL2, SNL5, and SD have 2, 5, 3, 6, 3100, 3000, and 3200 series
The bearing seat is divided into: split type bearing seat, sliding bearing seat, rolling bearing seat, flanged bearing seat, outer spherical bearing seat, etc.
