Unusual sound in the gearbox
In order to avoid abnormal sound from the gearbox, do the following 3 points during the daily operation of the tractor.
①Check the oil quantity and quality of the gearbox lubricating oil in time to ensure the prescribed amount of lubricating oil, and at the same time ensure the quality of the lubricating oil.
②The gearbox should be checked daily, the gears should be overhauled in time, and the defective parts should be repaired or replaced in time.
③Check the internal parts of the gearbox after using for a period of time to ensure that each part is working in an optimal state.
Unable to engage or difficult to engage
When it is impossible to shift gears or it is difficult to shift gears, maintenance should be carried out from the following 4 aspects.
①Depress the clutch pedal and move the joystick. If you feel that the gear is difficult to move and there is a problem with the meshing, it indicates that there is a problem with the components of the gearbox operating mechanism. The parts that have problems should be replaced, and after replacement, run-in should be performed to ensure normal operation.
②If each gear is difficult to be engaged or even there is an obvious impact sound when shifting gears, it means that the clutch is not completely disengaged.
③ If there is a problem with the position of the reverse lever of the transmission control mechanism, adjust the position of the shift lever in time, and timely check whether there is a problem with the tightening nut of the control mechanism and take measures to repair it.
④Because the gear meshing condition of some special new car gearboxes is poor, the new car gearbox should be run-in, so as to ensure the safety of the new car when working.

Transmission oil leak

①Check the transmission oil seal on time and check whether it is damaged or aged.
