Disassembly And Assembly Steps Of Automobile Fuel Injector

1. Unplug the plug of the injector on the fuel distribution pipe and the plug of the idle speed control valve;

2. Remove the connection between the intake hose and the throttle valve;

3. Unplug the fuel return pipe on the fuel distribution pipe;

4. Since there is fuel pressure in the oil inlet pipe, cover the oil inlet pipe with a clean old cloth to prevent fuel splashing, and remove the oil inlet pipe;

5. Unplug the vacuum tube of the fuel pressure regulator;

6. Remove the hexagon socket head cap screw connecting the connection body of the idle speed control valve and the intake branch pipe, and remove the idle speed control valve and the connection body together;

7. Remove the fixing bolts of the injector bracket on the fuel distribution pipe;

8. Remove the inner hexagon fixing bolts of the fuel distribution pipe

9. Pull out the fuel distribution pipe together with the injector from the cylinder block;

10. Remove the connecting circlip between the fuel injector and the fuel distribution pipe, and pull out the fuel injector from the fuel distribution pipe;
