Removal of the fuel injection pump:
1. Clean working environment. The components of the diesel fuel injection pump are very precise and require mechanically flexible movements. Therefore, it should be avoided during disassembly, cleaning, assembly and adjustment. Avoid contact with dust and abrasive particles. Be careful when handling to minimize contact and collision between parts.
hit.
2. Spare parts must be stored in pairs. Plunger parts and outlet valve parts must always be tight.
Pairing relationships should not be confused. All gaskets (such as convex
The axial clearance adjustment washer of the shaft and the tight seat washer of the oil outlet valve) must remember their relative positions,
Pay special attention to repaired fuel injection pumps. Each set of components (outlet valve coupling, plunger
parts, tappets and corresponding cams) except in special cases, we should generally stick to the same relationship.
3. Turn the camshaft, when the camshaft is at the top dead center, insert the tappet member with the insert.
Between the timing nuts, the oil pump with a gasket structure is pinned to the pin hole on the tappet to drain the oil.
Pump top cover and remove camshaft.
4. Remove the oil pan and oil pan gasket. Use the tappet jacking device to jack up the tappet parts and pull out.
Insert or pin and remove tappet parts.
5. Take out the lower spring seat, plunger spring, upper spring seat and oil quantity control sleeve parts and tighten them.
Take out the fixing screw of the gear rod, and take out the adjusting gear rod. Unscrew the oil valve connector and remove it with a special tool.
Remove the valve coupling, then the plunger coupling. Remove the rolling bearing from the camshaft.
