1 Shift Maintenance
Clean the outside of the diesel engine, check and eliminate oil, water, and air leaks in all parts.
Check if the connections between the diesel engine and various diesel engine spare parts devices and instruments are firm and reliable. If any looseness is found, tighten them in a timely manner.
Check if the diesel, engine oil, and cooling water are sufficient. If there is insufficient, add enough in a timely manner. Regularly add lubricating oil to the manual refueling area and check if the oil circuit is smooth.
2 Second-Class Maintenance
After the diesel engine has been running for a total of 100 hours, the first level maintenance should be carried out. In addition to completing the shift maintenance, the following maintenance should also be completed. D Change the engine oil and clean the oil pan
0 Remove the filter element of the oil filter and the source element of the diesel oil filter, and check whether they are damaged. If they are damaged, replace them. If they are not damaged, clean them with diesel oil or kerosene. Remove the air filter element and brush off any dust on the element with a soft bristle brush. If using an oil bath air filter, the oil should be replaced. Check the oil in the high-pressure oil pump, replace or add oil Check and adjust the valve clearance.
3 Spare Parts maintenance
Check the operation of the fuel injection pump and the fuel supply advance angle, and readjust if necessary.
Check the fuel injection pressure and zero injection condition, clean and verify the fuel injection nozzle
Check the sealing capacity of the valve and valve seat, and grind and sharpen them if necessary
Remove the carbon deposits on the piston, piston ring, air cover and cylinder sleeve, and replace the piston ring if the clearance is too large.
Clean the exhaust pipe and muffler.
